keep your costs under control we have designed the system to be
platform independent in terms of positioning system, as the
inspection unit itself can be used as an alignment tool.
Using
prober based technology is not new to position wafers but we have
been very careful in allowing the system to be upgradeable
"in the field" to one of your existing units.
